Georgian Mahogany Astragal Glazed Corner Cupboard ca 1800
This beautiful antique Georgian mahogany wall hanging corner cupboard has a moulded cornice above a central astragal glazed door with key and working lock (one pane has a very fine partial crack). The interior has three shaped shelves and the piece stands on a moulded plinth with canted corners, is a rich red mahogany colour with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
