Description / Expertise

A fine mid 18th century mahogany chest of small proportions. The oblong cross banded top with carved and moulded edge over a rare configured cross banded brushing slide, and over five graduated drawers, retaining their original handles and escutcheons, and flanked by reeded and fluted canted corners with a moulded base and raised on carved bracket feet. George II circa 1750
