In excellent condition, with minor surface incrustation and surface cracks

Description / Expertise

Light earthenware broad shouldered jar flanked on either side by small plain ledge handles situated at the midpoint, and giving way to narrow neck and everted rim. Small spout-like handle with bowl like top connecting neck and shoulder may have served as the stand for the small dipper juglet as pictured.
From Trans-Jordan area, time of the Old Testament.
