Very striking, English, gold ring with colourful navette shape bezel revealing fine gold work and enamelled neo-classical design; glazed.
This ring illustrates the very highest quality of late 18th century workmanship in England. It cannot be faulted. Quality of this kind is usually found in fine memorial rings and it is rare to find it in a decorative ring.
