Description / Expertise
Dessert plate made by Galle with the shield of Nancy. The shield of Nancy has a thistle and three eagles and a crown and the text: Non inultus premor. This text means : No one touches me with impunity.
Around 1870. Ofcourse plates with this text were very popular after the German- French war in 1871.
