Circa 1860, mid Victorian flame mahogany 3 door cabinet bookcase. The rectangular cornice above a deep frieze with wonderful veneer mahogany. Below are 3 rectangular glazed doors, with a simple beaded fore edge and flat and chamfered pilasters on the edge of each door. Inside are adjustable shelves in each section. The base has 3 panelled doors with matching veneers, again with flat and chamfered pilasters. The whole bookcase stands on an enclosed plinth. Exhibition quality, excellent colour and patina.

Size 236cm high x approximately 196cm wide x 53cm deep.
