Reference 2422. 18 carat gold case numbered 654154. 18-Jewels damascened nickel movement jewelled to the centre with bimetallic balance and micro precision adjustment and numbered 953121. Silvered dial with applied gold Roman numbers at 3, 9 and 12 with applied batons for the rest; subsidiary seconds dial at the six position. Gold hands. Case, movement and dial signed. Together with extract certificate from Patek Philippe archives.
