Description / Expertise
Rare silver chair hatpin stand & pin cushion made in Birmingham in 1905 by Charles Westwood & Son.
The seat is a normal pin cushion and the two, upright rails of the chair are hollow and open at the top to allow long hat pins to be stored therein.
A very unusual and attractive design.
