This leather headcollar is from the Althorp Harness and Saddle collection from the Spencer Family.
A brass mounted military headcollar with burnished steel elbow bit by A.S.Smith & Sons with martingale. The Collar carries a white metal military crest stamped Infantry Volunteers, with the Royal ‘V.R’ Cypher surmounted by a crown.
