Description / Expertise
Decorated with a chinoiserie scene of a soldier crossing a bridge with houses on either side. The rim decorated with a band of trellis and four artemisia leaf symbols interposed, the edge brown. Painted in blue on a pale-blue glaze. In original condition. Probably Liverpool, third quarter of the 18th century.
