A HANDSOME TIBETAN CARVED HARDWOOD AND INLAID METAL SCREEN
CIRCA 1900
The circular engraved metal metal tray with pierced carved wood surround supported by two similar uprights surmounted by temples and joined by a horizontal stretcher.
The decoration of the central metal work which is unusually uncomplicated and sublimely pleasing to the eye suggests a Buddhist craftsman.
