This cupboard was probably made in Carmarthenshire at the beginning of the 19th century. Less common than the more conventional corner cupboard this useful piece has a single door with glazing bars which are
hand drawn rather than worked with a plane, giving them great character.
Much of the original glass survives, but the shelves and back-boards have had to be replaced.
