A hand written label on the underside, written in Welsh' states that the chair was the work of Rolant Davies of Llanrhystyd.Circa 1820.
Description / Expertise
This little oak chair is made using native Welsh timber and traditional pegged construction, evident in the oval , finely moulded back.
