A fine pair of George III Hepplewhite open arm chairs with shield shaped backs and paited with floral decoration on a dark green ground, circa 1785.
An almost identical armchair made by Seddon Sons & Shackleton 1790 is illustrated in the Dictionary of English Furniture pg 301.
