Description / Expertise
A sailormade woolwork picture of a Royal Navy frigate in open seas, a further vessel approaching. This woolwork is unusual in that it is (probably) signed by the maker, in pen and ink along the lower edge of the canvas support. In a period bird's eye maple grained frame.
