Description / Expertise
A good George III Mahogany Demi-Lune Tea Table with satinwood banding to the top within a line of stringing. Similar inlay of stringing to the front edges with a shell inlay to the top of the box lined square tapering legs which have applied collars. The colour of the top is slightly faded whilst the veneered interior is of a warmer colour, possibly the original colour. The supporting action for the top is double fly to the rear legs. Circa 1790
