Lacewing fine art was founded in 1979 by Noel James, who has a wonderful eclectic mix of fine works of art from the 17th to early 20th century. Paintings, drawings, watercolours & sculpture. With his considerable expertise the paintings are carefully selected offering only the best of its kind. Lacewing has it's own Restoration Studios and Noel is happy to discuss all aspects of picture collecting: buying, selling, restoration or valuations. He also offers Museum Quality bespoke framing.
