How can I become a member?

CINOA is a federation of art and antique dealer associations. We do not accept individual dealers, artists or art related professionals. If you want to be an affiliated dealer, you need to join one of our member dealer associations listed on the CINOA website. Once you identify the dealer association that you are interested in joining, we ask you to contact them directly because each dealer association has a different application process. Once you are a member in that association, the dealer association will handle the process of your membership to CINOA.

How can I put stock on the CINOA website?

CINOA is a federation of art and antique dealer associations. CINOA.org is a platform for our members and their affiliated dealers. The CINOA Online Galleries are exclusively for CINOA affiliated dealers to showcase their stock. CINOA affiliated dealers should contact Online Galleries

I have an art piece that I would like to sell?

The CINOA secretariat does not purchase or sell on works of art or antiques. CINOA. Org is a platform for our members and their affiliated dealers. We suggest that through the Inventory Search, you find a dealer that sells something similar and contact them directly. Dealer contact details are listed and e-mails can be sent directly via the CINOA website.

I am an artist can you help me?

The CINOA Online Galleries are exclusively for CINOA affiliated dealers to showcase their stock. We do not have any services for artists.

I need some information on a work of art or antique?

The CINOA secretariat does not offer advice or appraisals on works of art or antiques. Please also refer to our page on Assessing Value. We suggest that you either contact your local dealer association, which you can find in the Membership Directory and ask them to recommend one of their dealers or through the Inventory Search, find a dealer that sells something similar and contact them directly. Dealer contact details are listed and e-mails can be sent directly via the CINOA website.

I am dissatisfied with a CINOA affiliated dealer

In the rare case that a problem or misunderstanding is reported to the CINOA secretariat, the member organization through which the dealer is affiliated with CINOA is contacted immediately and is responsible for managing the issue.  Each trade association has its own rules and regulations for handling any possible disputes. 

Advertising & promoting with CINOA

CINOA currently only offers fairs, activities and initiatives with participating CINOA affiliated dealers, the possibility to advertise on our website or promote their events in our monthly e-newsletter which is sent to all affiliated dealers. We are however in the process of developing other opportunities. Career opportunities

We are not currently hiring but we are open to virtual internships. If you are interested in doing a project for CINOA as an intern, please send us an e-mail with a proposal of what kind of project you think would be most beneficial for both you and CINOA. Each internship is discussed on a case by case basis.
