Suffolk House Antiques

Suffolk House Antiques

Suffolk House Antiques was established in 1991 by Andrew Singleton and is based at extensive galleries in Yoxford, a few miles from the attractive Suffolk coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh.

Visitors to the galleries can see one of the largest selections of early furniture in the country with the emphasis being on colour and patination. The inventory always includes a range of oak dressers, refectory and gateleg tables, seating, cupboards and smaller pieces of furniture such as side tables, boxes and stools. Early works of art include tapestries, paintings, carvings and ceramics, particularly delftware. Over eighty pieces of current stock can be seen on their website and further images can always be supplied.

Andrew Singleton has been a member of BADA since 1995. He has exhibited at the BADA Fair every year since then and has been a member of the Vetting Committee for many years. He is always happy to advise clients on decorating and furnishing an early house and to source specific pieces.
