CINOA advocates for a fair, proportionate, and risk-based regulatory framework that safeguards market integrity while recognising the sector’s unique structure and limited administrative capacity. We engage constructively with EU institutions and international bodies and remain open to continued dialogue to ensure that regulatory measures are both effective and workable in practice.
