Frank Partridge belongs to the fourth generation of one of England’s major art dealing families. Founded around 1900 by the present Frank Partridge’s great grandfather Frank Partridge the business operated out of the famous “Partridge” Bond Street building in New Bond Street. Following its sale in 2006 the present Frank Partridge continued on his own in the family tradition specializing in fine antique furniture, paintings, clocks and objets d'art from the 18th and 19th centuries.

Their stock includes both English antique furniture, with pieces from Queen Anne, George I, George II, George III, George IV, Neo-classical and Regency periods and French antique furniture from the Louis XIV, XV, XVI periods. They often have pieces by Beneman, Montigny, Bury, Lavasseur and many other of the top ebenistes of the 18th century.

Frank Partridge is also recognised for having one of the finest collections of 18th century French clocks by top makers such as Lepaute, Le Roy, Maniere, Croisier, Berthoud and Baillon.

Over the years Frank has helped form some of the great private collections of the 20th century. He is delighted to advise clients in both the purchase of items at auction, privately and from other dealers. He also oversees all aspects of art restoration, a subject in which he has over 30 years’ experience, working with some of the best restoration firms in the country.
