WorldartB Gallery – Polish Contemporary Art

WorldartB Gallery represents contemporary Polish art in the fields of painting, graphic art, sculpture, and applied art. The brand has operated under its registered name since 2020; however, its activities in collecting and selling contemporary art date back to 2005, when it operated as WORLD ART PROMOTION.

In June 2020, the gallery expanded its activities to include auction services and the presentation of works by both renowned and highly regarded artists, as well as those of the younger generation. For many years, it has organized exhibitions—including international ones—promoting its collaborating artists and supporting the development of new talent.

The gallery’s profile includes the search for and presentation of exceptional works in painting, sculpture, artistic glass, and applied art. A special focus is placed on contemporary sculpture (including bronze, glass, wood, metal, ceramics, and stone), as well as painting associated with the New Expression movement and works based on emotional expression.

The face of WorldartB Gallery is art dealer, businesswoman, and artist Anna Katarzyna Borowczak (formerly Gniewecka). Since 2020, she has been a recipient of a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in the field of visual arts, awarded for the implementation of a project promoting culture online (“art hour kimona” based on illustrations by Józef Wilkoń).

Her many years of international professional experience, gained between 2009 and 2020 in the luxury textiles sector and the art market—both in Poland and abroad—are applied to the development of the original, registered WorldartB brand. The brand’s activities include running an art gallery, organizing auctions, and creating applied art, including limited editions of textiles decorated with artistic embroidery. The first collection consists of “hour kimona,” inspired by the illustrations of Józef Wilkoń.
